We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead our team and provide the best service for our guests as the next general manager of our busy hotel. Do you enjoy bringing new and creative ideas to help drive revenue and building strong relationships with guests to gain repeat business? Our ideal candidate brings a high standard of service quality along with at least 5 or more years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management role. โ€ข Proven experience leading a hotel with staffing challenges
โ€ข Minimum 2-3 years of hotel management experience, preferably as a GM or Assistant GM
โ€ข Strong hands-on leadership style; comfortable being operationally involved
โ€ข Experience recruiting, training, and stabilizing hourly hotel teams
โ€ข Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure
โ€ข Strong guest service instincts and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strongly Preferred
โ€ข Experience in limited-service hotels (50-100 rooms)
โ€ข Prior Holiday Inn Express or IHG brand experience
โ€ข Background in markets with tight labor availability
