Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Lotus Hotels. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, guest-focused Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and profitability. This position is designed for an experienced hospitality leader who is ready to take the next step toward becoming a General Manager. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, results-driven professional with strong operational expertise, open availability, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Prior Marriott experience is preferred.
Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
  • Oversee all front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Lead guest service efforts to ensure high satisfaction and promptly resolve concerns
  • Train, coach, and mentor front desk staff on service standards, systems, and brand expectations
  • Assist with scheduling, payroll support, reporting, and inventory management
  • Act as Manager on Duty as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Support the General Manager with daily operations, staff accountability, and operational planning
  • Maximize ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability through effective operational execution.
  • Understand financial statements, budgets, forecasting, and key performance metrics to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration between Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office to optimize hotel performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Guiding, developing, and/or implementing policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for hotel staff.
  • Step into the General Manager's responsibilities in their absence, ensuring seamless hotel operations.

Job Qualifications:
  • An experienced Assistant General Manager with 2+ years of supervisory hotel operations or previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality preferred
  • Open availability (AM, PM, weekends, and holidays as needed)
  • Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
  • Experience with Fosse system preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
