Residential Liaison
SUMMARY
The Residential Liaison is responsible for ensuring a wonderful owner experience while providing excellent customer service. The right candidate should possess strong concierge and project management skills, ability to multitask, creativity, problem solving skills and be able to work independently. Must have experience in providing information and assistance to owners regarding Big Sky attractions or points of interest, booking reservations for owners both within the resort and at outside facilities, properly logging all owner requests and performing follow up with owners, creating individual and personalized itineraries and maintaining good communication with other departments regarding owner requests or special needs as necessary.
The Residential Liaison will also work very closely with outside vendors, contractors and engineering during owner renovations or maintenance work and should have the ability to build trust and develop strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Attention to detail and organization is crucial to succeed in this role.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assist with overall services provided to residential owners including concierge services, coordination of cleaning, maintenance, vehicle care, deliveries, etc.
  • Act as personal concierge for owners and assist with pre-arrival or in-house requests
  • Assist with new owner onboarding, preparing forms, utility setup and organizing appliance manuals
  • Prepare residences for owner arrival on property according to owner preferences and requests
  • Assist with coding and submitting invoices for payment as well as updating department checkbook
  • Assist with executing preventative maintenance plan for unsold residences
  • Assist with preparing residences for inspections and closings (walk through and identify defects)
  • Deliver owner mail and packages
  • Communicate results of weekly/monthly Preventative Maintenance Inspection program to participating owners
  • Complete Work Order Request forms received from Engineering, bill and communicate results with owners
  • Assist with preparing residences for the Montage rental program: unpacking packages and familiarizing hotel teams with residence features
  • Administrative and organizational office work
  • Create personalized WOW's to enhance the ownership experience
  • Assist with various other projects that will enhance the ownership experience

QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hotel
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer service
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must possess positive attitude and passion for hospitality
  • Must be willing to participate in a learning environment
  • Must integrate company values throughout all interactions
  • Must be dependable and available to work within the resort on weekends, possibly nights and/or holidays based on business demands and owner arrivals.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks. Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending and climbing. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and deliver packages safely to residences or storage closets.
