CDL-A Truck Driver – Flatbed Division

Job Highlights:

  • Average annual earnings: $88K

  • Starting pay: $0.64CPM

  • Top performer earnings: $98K

  • Home time: Out 7-10 days based on location 

  • Orientation Pay: $1,000 (first dispatch)

  • Hiring bonus: $5,000 (paid monthly)

  • Stop pay: $30/stop

  • Securement pay; $25/stop

  • Tarp pay: $50/stop

  • Over dimensional pay:

    • $75-$200 based on miles

    • $400 for any load over 64K

  • $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada

  • All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months

  • Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks come equipped with:

    • Refrigerators, leather interior, Double curtain wrap, double bunks, built-in inverters and other driver friendly features

Our flatbed fleet allows you to maximize your earning potential by providing consistent, steady miles hauling oversized air conditioner units round-trip on flatbed trailers. No flatbed experience? No problem, we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road.
