What Youโ€™ll Do

Sales Responsibilities:

Support the property sales team by greeting visitors, answering calls, processing leads, handling reservations, researching billing inquiries, compiling reports, and maintaining files.

Communicate with group and business travel customers in person, via email, and over the phone to qualify potential customers.

Assist with RFP responses, proposals, contracts, BEOs, and meeting arrangements.

Support the Director of Sales with reservation requests and group master account creation.

Maintain inventory and create printed/electronic marketing collateral.

Serve as the point of contact for meeting room setup and assist with catering or breakfast requests as needed.

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding guest service while checking guests in and out.

Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy.

Process payments and make necessary changes/updates to guest accounts.

Enter and update reservation information in the system.

Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area.

Team Collaboration:

Participate in Sales Department meetings and collaboration meetings with department heads and front desk staff.

Support a productive team environment that embodies PEACH.

Education & Experience

Hotel, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities constantly change.

Physical Demands

Must be able to navigate various areas of the hotel premises.
