You are the leader of the hotel.
You own the P&L, the guest experience, and the team's performance.

We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead our Quality Inn in Panama City, FL. This is a limited-service property in a competitive coastal market. We need a leader who understands revenue, cost control, and team accountability.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Full P&L management including labor, flow-through, and GOP performance
• Driving RevPAR through rate integrity and local sales strategy
• Hiring, training, and holding staff accountable to brand standards
• Guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management
• Brand compliance and successful QA inspections
• Asset protection, maintenance oversight, and capital planning
• Weekly reporting to ownership with clear action plans

What Success Looks Like
