Receptionist duties include:

  • Assists Business Office Manager with administrative tasks including inputting maintenance requests, maintaining inventory of office supplies as well as orderingย 
  • Answer phone system and communication systemย 
  • Greet and assist visitorsย 
  • Assist with resident maintenance requestsย 
  • Manage transportation schedule and coordinateย ย 
  • Keep all brochures welcome packets and other material stocked
