Your Role As A Front Desk Supervisor

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our team. Essential Functions And Basic Duties
  • Supervise front desk staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of guest service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
  • Manage room inventory, reservations, and guest accounts accurately.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
Requirements And Skills
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
