Job description

We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Staff to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. You are a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon entry of hotel to provide positive first impression.
  • Assist guests with the arrival and departure from hotel.
  • Take hotel reservations via telephone confirming guest information, room selection, price, and guarantee method.
  • Understand the importance of responding quickly to guest needs and complaints.
  • Maintain sincere interest in providing stellar customer care.
  • Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
