We're seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of the Fort Worth Stockyards while caring deeply about our brand and community - someone who acts as an extension of our mission, values, and culture. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in greeting and checking in guests, providing warm and personalized guest service.
  • Help guests with special requests, local recommendations, and coordinating services like transportation, dining reservations, and activities.
  • Learn about front desk operations, including managing reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Ensure all guests feel welcomed, valued, and comfortable by offering a high level of legendary service and addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Help with administrative tasks related to guest services, such as maintaining guest records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
  • Work closely with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless operations, assisting with special events, and supporting team projects.
  • Contribute to ongoing initiatives that enhance the guest experience and overall hotel operations.
  • Other special projects and duties, as assigned.

MUST HAVES:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related program with an expected graduation date of May - December 2025.
