Job description

JOB DUTIES, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (MONTH/YEARS EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, SPECIAL LICENSE, ETC):
SUMMARY:
Professional Experience
  • Preferably 6 month's experience in any field where exceeding customers' expectations were met

Hotel Experience
  • Be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as necessary or requested
  • Wear hotel uniform in compliance with hotel standards
  • Welcomes guests to the lobby- breakfast bar and provides fast and courteous service to ensure an enjoyable dining experience and repeat business
  • Set up the Hot " On the House" breakfast each morning by following the Hotel franchise Breakfast guidelines
  • Consistently interact with the guests in an effort to provide a superior breakfast experience.
  • Communicate feedback to hotel management
  • Maintain Food Service quality and safety standards
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment that meets both County Health Codes and the Hotel Quality assurance requirements.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have excellent customer service skills and a stable work history
  • Must be able to work entire shift on feet at a quick pace
  • Must be flexible to work any shift as needed to include weekends

Education
  • Background screening for previous criminal history
  • Employment may be contingent upon at least 80% score on test on hotel's reservations system (PMS ) after training
  • At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.
