Remote Data Entry Administrator (Travel Agency)

Our client, a growing international travel agency, is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join their remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with information, has excellent accuracy, and can efficiently process travel-related data while supporting the wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and maintain accurate travel booking information.
  • Enter customer, flight, hotel, and itinerary details into internal systems.
  • Update booking records and customer profiles.
  • Verify information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process amendments and booking changes.
  • Assist with document management and electronic filing.
  • Respond to internal requests for data updates.
  • Ensure all records are entered within company service levels.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Support the operations team with general administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or office support.
