Job Overview:

PBC Hotel Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Residential Luxury Home Project Manager to lead exclusive, high-end residential projects from concept through completion. This role requires a dedicated professional with deep experience in luxury residential construction, outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities, and a keen eye for detail and quality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of delivering sophisticated homes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of luxury residential construction projects, from pre-construction through final walk-through.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain quality and schedule integrity.
  • Lead procurement of materials and equipment aligned with design and construction plans.
  • Track and control project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements.
  • Provide clients with frequent progress updates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct routine site visits to oversee construction activities and maintain adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and support construction teams, motivating staff to achieve project goals.
  • Proactively identify project risks and mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing luxury residential construction projects from start to finish.
