  • Looking for a Traveling Hotel Construction Superintendent to join our team!
  • Salary between $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
  • We have a few projects starting in a few different areas/states and need hard workers like you to help manage the build of our impressive hotels.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
  • 5 years construction superintendent experience preferred.

Job Purpose:
  • Completes hotel construction projects on schedule and within budget by planning, organizing, and controlling projects on site.
  • executing full and accurate take-offs.

Duties:
  • ย Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitoring and controlling performance.
