The role requires a polished, proactive, and results-oriented leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with daily execution, while representing the Four Seasons brand with excellence, credibility, and commercial discipline.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all sales activities for the hotel, ensuring strategies are focused on driving profitable revenue across all business segments. Translate the hotel's commercial priorities into clear, actionable sales plans that maximize group, transient, entertainment, corporate, and high-value account opportunities.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and inspire a tenured, high-performing sales team. Provide clear direction, performance accountability, mentorship, and ongoing development to ensure each team member is achieving individual goals while contributing to the broader commercial success of the hotel.
