Job description

**Job Title: Hotel General Manager - Dual Brand - Select Service (Comfort & Quality Inn in Spring Lake, NC)**

**Position Overview:**

Shri Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our dual-brand, select service properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality management, a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. This position is responsible for overall operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction of the two brands under their management. Choice Hotels brand experience is A plus.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Operational Management:**
- Oversee daily operations of both hotel brands to ensure efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain quality service and operational consistency.
- Monitor hotel inventory, rates, and occupancy to maximize financial performance.

2. **Financial Oversight:**
- Develop and manage operational budgets for each hotel.
- Analyze financial data to develop strategies to improve financial performance and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct regular financial reporting to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions.

3. **Guest Experience:**
- Uphold a high standard of customer service throughout the properties.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance service offerings.

4. **Team Leadership:**
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of hospitality professionals.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and personal development.
