A Hotel Acquisitions Analyst is a professional who evaluates potential hotel investment opportunities for companies or investors. They analyze financial statements, market trends, and property performance to assess the viability and profitability of purchasing hotels. Their role involves conducting due diligence, creating financial models, and preparing investment recommendations to support decision-making in hotel acquisitions. These analysts work closely with senior management, real estate brokers, and legal teams throughout the acquisition process.
