What is a hot pot restaurant?

A hot pot restaurant is a dining establishment where guests cook their own food at the table using a simmering pot of broth. Diners select from a variety of raw ingredients such as thinly sliced meats, vegetables, seafood, and noodles, which are then cooked in the communal pot. The experience is interactive and social, allowing people to customize their meal to their tastes. Hot pot restaurants often offer multiple broth flavors and a range of dipping sauces to enhance the flavors. This style of dining is especially popular in East Asian cultures, particularly in China, Taiwan, and Japan.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a hot pot restaurant manager, and why are they important?
