HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

A polished, personable and dependable hospitality professional with a strong interest in wine and a genuine ability to connect with guests. The ideal candidate is comfortable representing a boutique, limited-production Napa Valley winery and creating memorable, highly personalized experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a flexible, part-time hospitality role based in Napa Valley. The primary focus is hosting private winery tastings and supporting select winery events. Scheduling will vary based on guest reservations, events and winery needs, so flexibility and availability are important.

CORE HOSPITALITY OBJECTIVES

•Host private, appointment-only winery tasting experiences.

•Present S. R. Tonella Cellars and Maxenti wines, vineyards and winery story in an engaging andauthentic manner.

•Create a warm, polished and memorable guest experience from arrival through departure.

•Support wine sales and allocation opportunities that naturally develop from the tasting experience.

•Represent the winery professionally with private clients, collectors and hospitality partners.

EVENT & HOSPITALITY SUPPORT

•Support winery and private-client events as needed.

•Assist with VIP, corporate and partner tasting experiences.

•Help with event setup, guest service and breakdown when appropriate.

•Provide occasional off-site event support based on availability.

IDEAL PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

•Based in Napa Valley.

•Part-time with a flexible schedule, including some weekends and evenings.

•Engaging personality, strong communication skills and natural hospitality instincts.

•Strong interest in wine; Napa Valley wine knowledge and prior wine or luxury hospitality experiencepreferred.

•Availability will vary based on scheduled private tastings and winery events.

•Work independently while maintaining close communication with winery management.

POSITION STRUCTURE

Part-time, flexible hospitality position based in Napa Valley. Hours will vary based on scheduled tastings, events and winery needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule. Compensation and additional incentives will be discussed based on experience and responsibilities.
