Whether you're greeting a family starting a vacation, helping a traveler find what they need, or simply offering a warm smile and friendly conversation, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional hospitality that sets Wally's apart.

This position is perfect for individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with people, creating positive experiences, and making guests feel welcome.

While hospitality is the primary focus of this role, Hospitality Champions also help support a safe and enjoyable environment by assisting with entrance standards, communicating company policies, and serving as an extra set of eyes for store leadership.
