Overview An established hospitality organization is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead select-service hotel in the Hartford, CT market. This property operates with a lean team and no meeting space, making it ideal for a leader who thrives in a high-accountability, operations-driven environment and is comfortable being fully engaged in the day-to-day. What You'll Do: Lead all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, and overall guest experience Drive financial performance through labor management, cost control, and revenue focus Maintain strong service standards and consistently deliver a high-quality guest experience Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reputation Recruit, train, and develop a small, high-performing team Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and company policies Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
