Job description

Truly a course interesting yet friendly enough to play every day, Briggs Ranch is the epitome of pure understated Texas. The massive iron gate greets you at Briggs Ranch, but once you drive past the Spanish-styled clubhouse and hook right to pass the lit putting green, the casitas are what truly bring you home. Bring your pressed and starched blue jeans.
The Hospitality Manager partners closely with the Network Concierge to support and help drive membership activities across Golf, Food and Beverage, and Facilities, both at the home club and throughout the Network.
The Hospitality Manager plays a key role in ensuring initial visits are exceptionally well received, in supporting the recurrence of room-night stays, and in coordinating Network cottage nights, events, stay-and-play experiences, and signature membership programming. • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and prospective members while representing both the club and Dormie Network in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Serve, at the Network Concierge's discretion, as a point of contact in arranging travel, lodging accommodations, and discovery visits.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of unique, individualized experiences paired with first-class hospitality for Network, club, and member or guest events.
  • Ensure all lodging facilities are properly maintained, staged, and presented to meet cleanliness and aesthetic standards.
  • Support cordial and professional member check-in and check-out processes.
  • Assist in managing discovery visit activities and supporting the conversion of guests to membership.
  • Work closely with Golf Operations, Club Services, Facilities, and Food and Beverage teams to ensure outstanding execution of all member experiences.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of each Dormie Network property to effectively support member travel and engagement.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating transportation activities related to cottage stays and member events.
  • Adhere to all Dormie Network policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a visible, professional, and service-driven presence, consistently demonstrating hospitality, appreciation, and a willingness to assist members, guests, and fellow employees.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Models a service-first mindset and reinforces a hospitality-driven culture aligned with Club standards in all member and guest interactions.
  • Consistently demonstrates a courteous, enthusiastic, and service-driven demeanor while supporting overall Club engagement.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates strong sales awareness and customer service capability in enhancing member experiences and supporting revenue initiatives.
  • Exhibits excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Adapts quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting operational priorities.
  • Applies strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills to hospitality and service challenges.
  • Takes initiative, responds proactively to operational needs, and contributes positively to team and company goals.
  • Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and understands that collaboration is critical to organizational success.
  • Works independently in assigned responsibilities while maintaining alignment with Club leadership.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software to support reporting and operational coordination.
  • Accurately follows established written and verbal policies and procedures.
  • Exercises sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive member or operational matters.
  • Demonstrates an understanding and appreciation of the game of golf and its connection to the overall member experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts based on Club operations and member needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Two to three years of experience in sales, hospitality, membership services, or a related field preferred.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
