About the Role:

The General Manager at Rootstock Hospitality Group is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. This role requires strategic leadership to drive business growth, manage financial performance, and maintain high standards of service and quality. The General Manager will lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. They will also be the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with company policies. Ultimately, the General Manager plays a critical role in upholding the brand reputation and achieving the company’s long-term objectives within the competitive hospitality industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple restaurant locations or large-scale hospitality operations.
