INTERIOR DESIGNER WITH 5-7 YEARS EXPERIENCE

We share a passion for leading Boston's neighborhoods into the future by combining exploratory design with thoughtful, contextual architectural solutions.

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer with 5–7 years of professional experience to join our team designing multi-family, hospitality, and commercial environments. This is an opportunity for a talented designer who is passionate about concept-driven design and eager to take ownership of projects while continuing to grow within a collaborative studio.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 5–7 years of professional interior design experience
Candidates should also have:
  • Experience contributing to all phases of the interior design process, including programming, space planning, schematic design, design development, material and finish selection, FF&E specification, detailing, consultant coordination, and construction administration
  • Strong design sensibility with an eye for materials, detailing, and creating memorable spaces
  • Experience coordinating project teams and managing project tasks with guidance from senior staff
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines across several projects
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, mentor junior staff, and contribute to studio culture
  • Experience in multi-family, hospitality, or commercial interiors is preferred
