What are some common challenges hospitality instructors face when transitioning from industry roles to teaching positions?

Hospitality Instructors who move from industry roles to academia often find the shift in pace and expectations to be a notable challenge. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), classroom technology, and industry-standard hospitality software is highly beneficial. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to inspire and mentor students are essential soft skills in this role.
