Group Exercise Instructor
Job Summary
We're seeking a dynamic and motivational Group Exercise Instructor to lead high-energy fitness classes that inspire participants of all levels. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, expertise, and a commitment to creating a safe and inclusive workout environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, yoga, spin, pilates, dance, water aerobics)
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications for varying fitness levels
  • Monitor participants' form and safety throughout sessions
  • Create engaging playlists and choreograph routines to enhance class experience
  • Maintain a clean and safe workout space, including equipment checks
  • Track attendance and participant progress
  • Stay current with fitness trends and certifications
  • Provide first aid assistance when necessary

Qualifications
  • Certification from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, Les Mills)
  • CPR/AED certification required
