Help Us Build Something Special

Join the kitchen team at the Artists Colony Inn & Restaurant in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana.

We're building more than a restaurant—we're creating a destination known for scratch-made comfort food, genuine hospitality, and memorable guest experiences. We're looking for dependable, hardworking cooks who take pride in their craft and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another and is always looking to improve.

Whether you're an experienced line cook or someone eager to continue growing your culinary skills, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

· Prepare and cook menu items to our quality and presentation standards

· Set up and stock your station before each shift

· Assist with prep work and ingredient preparation

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

· Follow recipes and kitchen procedures consistently

· Work alongside teammates to deliver timely, high-quality meals

· Help with cleaning and closing duties to ensure the kitchen is ready for the next shift

· Jump in wherever needed to support the team and create a great guest experience

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required

· Passion for cooking and hospitality

· Strong work ethic and positive attitude

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
