Position Overview: As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, possesses strong computer and phone skills, excels in problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding service with a warm smile.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
