Job description

Evil Czech Brewery is looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team! Our servers are the heart of the guest experience, creating memorable moments through friendly service, an upbeat attitude, and a passion for craft food and beer.
You’ll welcome guests, take both dine-in and to-go orders, deliver drinks promptly, and manage side work. and ensure every interaction leaves our guests excited to return.
Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver beverages and food promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked section throughout your shift.
• Assist teammates by running food and supporting other sections when needed.
• Accurately process payments and provide change with efficiency and courtesy.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally to maintain a positive experience.
Qualifications
• Previous restaurant serving experience required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently describe menu items, ingredients, and beer selections.
• General knowledge of craft beer, wine, and cocktails preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Must hold or obtain an Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission (ATC) Employee Permit within 120 days of hire, 
   as required by state law.
