Job description

Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small, Woman, and Minority-Owned Business Enterprise providing IT Consulting Services. They are seeking a Retirement Data Analyst to support the Consolidated Pensions team by reviewing and validating member service data in PeopleSoft for accuracy in retirement benefit calculations.
Responsibilities:
• Review and validate pension plan member data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Assist in identifying and resolving discrepancies in member service data.
• Collaborate with the Retirement Solutions and Member Data Solutions teams to document data issues and perform and recommend corrective actions.
• Help maintain tracking logs for data issues and resolutions using SharePoint or Excel.
• Assist with the review and verification of retirement benefits estimates for pension plan members who are near retirement.
• Support ongoing projects to ensure that all payees are receiving accurate and correct benefits.
• Communicate findings clearly to team members and contribute to process documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data review, reconciliation, and reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies in member service records
• Emotional intelligence. Ability to collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to learn and navigate PeopleSoft to access, review, and update member service records
• Clear written and verbal communication skills to document findings, report issues, and collaborate with Retirement Solutions and Member Data Solutions teams
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred:
• Exposure to HRIS systems is a plus
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft or HRIS systems is a plus, but not required
• Candidates with hospitality, retail, and service industry experience might be good fits
