RN - The Patient Advocate, Patient Experience & Quality Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient grievance process, supporting patient satisfaction initiatives (including HCAHPS), and providing quality program support. This role ensures concerns are addressed timely, patient experience data is analyzed and trended, and findings are integrated into performance improvement activities.

Qualifications
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license – State of Texas
• Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
