We are partnering with a mission-driven behavioral health organization seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead hospital operations, elevate clinical quality, and drive sustainable growth across a multi-service care environment.

What You'll Own:
  • Full operational leadership of a behavioral health hospital, including clinical quality, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
  • Development and execution of strategic business plans, driving census growth and EBITDA performance
  • Oversight of licensure, accreditation (Joint Commission/CMS), and continuous survey readiness
  • Recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing clinical and leadership teams
  • Expansion of continuum of care services, including outpatient and community-based programs
  • Relationship building across medical staff, community stakeholders, and referral networks
  • Leadership of payer strategy, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives
