Laboratory - Medical Lab Technician

VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Medical Lab Tech to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We're looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience in a healthcare setting. If you're ready to assist in life-changing procedures while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital lab experience
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
  • Graduate of an accredited Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technician program
  • ASCP or AMT certification preferred (required at some facilities)
  • Current, valid, and active driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:

  • Current, valid, and active license and/or certification to practice as a lab tech in the state of employment required.
  • Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and may be required by some clients

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proficient in sample collection, testing, and analysis across various departments (chemistry, hematology, etc.)
  • Familiarity with lab information systems (LIS)
  • Strong attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
