Description - Your Role

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-following established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy in results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and take charge of routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, train new staff members or interns, and maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Promote a clean and safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in allied health along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Board Certification to be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintaining current certification throughout your tenure is essential.
