Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

Duration: 3 Months (Possible Extension)
Position Overview:We are seeking an entry-level Laboratory Analyst to join our team in Thompson Street, TN. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of laboratory experience to gain hands-on exposure in a professional R&D and quality-focused lab environment. The role involves supporting scientists and engineers with sample collection, analysis, and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities:Research & Development SupportAssist in the setup and execution of controlled research experiments
Support scientists/engineers in collecting samples and performing chemical/biological analyses
Coordinate daily lab activities and contribute to project planning and execution
Laboratory Technical AnalysisConduct laboratory experiments to evaluate physical and chemical properties of materials/products
Collect, prepare, and test lab samples; accurately record findings and observations
Prepare detailed lab reports, including recommendations and conclusions
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory instruments
Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and risk control plans
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or a related field
0–1 year of experience in microbiology or related lab environments
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as part of lab duties
Practical knowledge of ISO 17025, aseptic techniques, and contamination prevention
Experience with LIMS, ELN, Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to adapt in dynamic settings
Positive attitude, reliability, and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in environments with changing priorities and some ambiguity
