Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 2-5 years of inventory control, warehouse, or production experience preferred
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory auditing preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow established procedures and warehouse processes
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift, push, or carry 25+ lbs and move throughout the warehouse

Job Duties:

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels for incoming and outgoing products
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Conduct inventory audits and assist with inventory-related projects
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, stock issues, and turnover
  • Prepare and maintain inventory records, shipping/receiving documentation, and inventory adjustments

  • Support the training and onboarding of new employees on inventory procedures

  • Perform additional inventory and warehouse duties as assigned
