As an Inventory Control Clerk – you will:

Job Description

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor and control material flow using inventory management systems and reporting tools.
  • Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
  • Coordinate physical inventory counts and prepare inventory records and reports.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
  • Inspect received materials and identify, document, and reject defective products when necessary.
  • Requisition and track required supplies to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Research inventory variances and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.
  • Support manufacturing and distribution teams with day-to-day inventory control activities.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies and procedures.
