What does a horticulture account manager do?

A Horticulture Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts within the horticulture industry, which includes landscaping, plant nurseries, or greenhouse operations. They serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. Their role often involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, coordinating with internal teams, and providing expert advice on horticultural products or services. Additionally, they may oversee project implementation and ensure high-quality service delivery.
