Job Summary:
As a Server at Cordwood Restaurant,you will provide exceptional diningexperiencesfor our guests.You willbe responsible fordelivering high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-pacedrestaurant environment, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding thelodge'sstandards of hospitality.(Seasonal working dates: Date of Hire through November 1st)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly upontheir arrivalat the restaurant.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and answer questionsregardingfood and beverage offerings.
Takeaccuratefood and drink orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Monitor guest dining experience, checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Clear tables andassistwith resetting andmaintainingcleanliness throughout the dining area.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensuretimelyandaccuratefood preparation and service.
Communicate effectively with other servers, bartenders, and management to coordinate service and address guest needs.
Upsell menu items, including specials and beverages, to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, processing payments and providingchangeas necessary.

Work Location:

Due to the nature of our business,Zion Mountain Ranch is open every day.You must be prepared toworka schedule which may include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
