Job description

House Host - Halloween Horror Nights

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently loading and unloading guests in to the attraction.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the attraction.
  • Greet and Interact with guests as they enter the attraction and when waiting in the queues. Including delivering safety announcements, park information, etc. As guests exit the attraction, say good bye, wish them a good day etc.
  • Ensure ADA guests are accommodated in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain a count of the numbers of the guests entering the attraction. Setup and monitor queues for guest control.
  • Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information and providing assistance in a courteous manner and in theme.
  • Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be able to work all event nights (Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday) including Halloween night from 4PM - 4AM.
  • Must be 18 years old or older

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistance
  • The noise level is generally moderate to high
  • Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors

Schedule:

  • Must be able to work all event nights (Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday) including Halloween night from 4PM - 4AM.

Pay:

  • $19 per hour
