Job Summary

Horizon Lighting, an established lighting and electrical service company.
   We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nighttime Lighting Surveyor to conduct nightly inspections of assigned property routes and identify lighting, electrical, and fixture-related issues. The ideal candidate will drive designated routes ( in a company provided Vehicle), inspect exterior lighting systems, document outages and safety hazards, and accurately report maintenance concerns using company-provided tools. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe, well-lit properties by ensuring deficiencies are identified and communicated promptly. Candidates should be comfortable working independently at night, driving for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct nightly route-based inspections of assigned properties to identify and document lighting outages, electrical hazards, and fixture deficiencies. Survey and report issues including damaged bell boxes, exposed wiring, broken, worn, or leaning light fixtures, and other safety concerns. Accurately record findings using company-provided reporting tools and submit detailed inspection reports each shift. Maintain awareness of site conditions and promptly flag urgent safety or maintenance issues requiring immediate attention.
