Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner
  • Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
  • Responsible for printing out estimates and invoices and accept payment for completed service work Responsible for restocking refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge keeping the area neat and inviting during business hours
  • Responsible for customer keys while cars are waiting to be picked up by their owners
  • Reconciles cash drawer daily
  • Works with sales manager to learn about products and services offered, their features and value, and any price changes to services our store offers
  • Filing of all repair orders throughout day
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and service team
  • Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to one of the Service or Sales professional who can
  • Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution if it is outside the scope of the cashier duties
  • Answer incoming service calls as needed

Here's what you'll doing:
  • 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred
  • 1 year minimum of customer service and/or clerical experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy
