Longevity Holdings is a leading data and analytics company backed by Cornell Capital, a New York-based private equity firm. Longevity operates a portfolio of market‑leading businesses serving life insurers, reinsurers, pension funds, banks, and TPAs — all focused on the growing challenges and opportunities of an aging population.

Position Summary

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will serve as the operational and strategic engine behind Berwyn's revenue growth, owning end‑to‑end accountability for sales execution, marketing, and go‑to‑market strategy. The CRO will build the systems, talent, and discipline needed to scale revenue across Berwyn's death audit and location services.

This role reports directly to the CEO of Longevity Holdings, the parent company of Berwyn, and is designed for a hands‑on revenue leader who thrives in building structure around talented teams and translating market relationships into repeatable, scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Execution
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of General Managers, sales professionals, and marketing staff, establishing clear performance expectations, accountability frameworks, and career development paths
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through close, with rigorous Salesforce CRM discipline, creating rich pipelines, accurate forecasting, and consistent reporting cadences to the CEO and PE Sponsor
  • Partner closely with the Berwyn President to convert his executive relationships and client interactions into structured pipeline opportunities
  • Design and implement a repeatable, scalable sales organization and process appropriate for enterprise B2B clients including pension administrators, insurance carriers, financial institutions, healthcare companies, and government agencies
  • Enhance the sales training process to attract high performing salespeople, retain talent, increase productivity, gain expertise on products and services, and drive positive sales culture
Revenue Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with Berwyn's growth objectives, with full revenue responsibility across all client segments
  • Identify and pursue adjacent market opportunities for death audit and locate services, including new verticals and expanded service lines
  • Lead pricing strategy, contract structuring, and negotiation of enterprise agreements and SLAs
  • Create and attain annual budgets
  • Work with marketing leadership to ensure lead generation, brand positioning, demand generation, and content strategy are tightly aligned with sales priorities providing the best return on investment
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Operations, Data, Client Success, Revenue Operations, Legal and Technology leadership to ensure service delivery capabilities align with client commitments and market positioning
  • Partner with HR and Finance to design and maintain competitive, motivating commission and incentive compensation structures that are aligned with company objectives
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, regulatory forums, and client events alongside the Berwyn President
Reporting & Governance
  • Provide regular pipeline, revenue performance, and market trend reporting to the Longevity Holdings CEO and Board
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards that give leadership real‑time visibility into sales health across all segments
Qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive sales and revenue leadership experience in B2B software/data/analytics sectors
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams of comparable size and complexity, with a track record of improving performance and accountability
  • Experience Solution Selling to pension funds, insurance carriers, financial institutions, third party administrators, healthcare companies or government entities strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in software and service sales in B2B environments
  • Strong command of Salesforce or equivalent CRM; data‑driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed or holding company structure
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
