This position is part of the Columbia Gorge Motors Toyota Sales BDC team but will primarily support our efforts by managing customer communication through inbound and outbound calls, scheduling sales and service appointments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role requires strong multitasking, computer, and customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism, follow-through, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries from our website and marketing campaigns
  • Build interest and excitement around vehicles and availability
  • Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Follow up with customers who have visited or shown interest
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff
