We are looking for an Express Lube Service Advisor to join our Honda Service team. At Kendall Honda of Eugene, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community.

Customers might purchase a few vehicles from us throughout the years, but our goal is to have lifelong service customers and we trust our Advisors to be that first contact of Kendall in our service departments. The required schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 9- 6 and Saturday 8-5.


We are looking for candidates who have high level customer service experience, those who can demonstrate time management, strong work ethics, and strong communication skills. The ability to make Honda repair recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for our customers is key. Honda Express lube work would be justified as oil and filter changes, tire rotations, flat tire repairs, transmission drain in fill services, brake fluid exchanges, transfer case fluid exchange, rear differentials, HVAC sterilization and air/cabin filter replacements. Experience in service writing is not required, but dealership experience is preferred.

Candidates must have proven strong customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and general knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance. A valid driver’s license a good driving record are required. If you meet these requirements and you enjoy working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment we want to hear from you.

Duties will include interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed, researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations, inputting and maintaining customer information, complete work tasks in an efficient and organized manner, using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day, and scheduling service appointments.

Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances up to 8 hours, and frequent use of telephone.
