Cross Custom Homes is a custom home builder serving Weatherford and surrounding areas, known for high-quality homes, strong craftsmanship, clear communication, and lasting client relationships. For more than a decade, Cross Custom Homes has built a reputation for integrity, respect, and excellence in every detail.

Cross Custom Homes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee custom residential builds from start to finish. This position is ideal for a professional who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and the internal team.


Responsibilities

  • Manage custom home projects through all phases of construction
  • Visit jobsites regularly to inspect progress, identify issues early, and keep work flowing
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and internal team members
  • Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the build process
  • Help prevent delays, rework, and callbacks through proactive scheduling and oversight
  • Track change orders, cost overruns, and job financials
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in company software
  • Coordinate selections and installations with the designer and homeowner
  • Address warranty items on closed jobs during the first year
  • Attend weekly construction meetings prepared and on time

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience in residential construction
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Strong communication skills with homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors

  • $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience
