Job description

An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Riverton, WY area for an individual with 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with a background in high end, luxurious residential construction projects. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, Short/Long Term Disability, Life insurance, PTO and other outstanding perks.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

·        5+ years of experience overseeing luxury residential construction projects is PREFERED

·        Proven ability to manage project budgets for high-end residential luxury homes is PREFERRED

·        Bachelor’s degree in (construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field) is A PLUS

·        Solid understanding of construction contracts, building codes, and modern building practices is PREFERRED

·        Proficient with Procore, Sage 100, and Microsoft Office is PREFERRED

·        Familiarity with MS Project or comparable scheduling software is PREFERRED
