We specialize in custom single-family homes, new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, and whole-house remodels.


Our project manager needs to have 5 years of experience in residential and new home construction.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in project management and be familiar with Sage/Master Builder.


JOB DUTIES:

  • Scheduling labor
  • Initiating subcontracts
  • Manage sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting sub-contractors; monitor and control performance
  • Estimating
  • Job site inspections as required
  • Reviewing plans
  • Change orders
  • Maintain project files
  • Project scheduling
  • Progress billing
  • Maintains construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
