WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Own the success of each project from pre-construction through final walk-through.
  • Manage project schedules using BuilderTrend to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Control budgets, monitor job costs, and keep projects financially on track.
  • Hire, manage, and hold subcontractors accountable to Creekside standards.
  • Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and delighted throughout the process.
  • Conduct site visits, quality checks, and ensure all work meets our standards for excellence.
  • Resolve issues swiftly with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Proven project management experience in residential construction (custom homes preferred)
  • Strong leadership and accountability; comfortable managing subcontractors and client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a D-style DISC profile or similar task-focused work style.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience using BuilderTrend or similar project management software.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to read plans, understand permits, and ensure jobsite safety and compliance.
