Location: Miami, FL (South Florida)
Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 per year + Performance Bonus

Position Overview

FXD Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury custom residential projects throughout South Florida. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from preconstruction planning through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury custom homes, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.


Responsibilities
  • Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion. 
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial reporting. 
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies. 
  • Review construction documents, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work. 
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and permitting processes. 
  • Track project costs and maintain budget accountability. 
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety goals are achieved. 
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners. 
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost impacts. 
  • Ensure projects meet FXD Construction's standards for craftsmanship, quality, and client satisfaction. 
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in residential construction. 
  • Proven experience managing high-end luxury custom homes
  • Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls. 
  • Experience managing project budgets, contracts, and change orders. 
  • Knowledge of Miami-Dade and Broward permitting processes preferred. 
  • Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
