Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Call Center Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and proactively make outbound calls to promote our services and acquire new customers. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally

Greet and direct customers to the appropriate department or resource
