Job description

WinGen is building the next generation of home services partnerships with national retailers, OEMs, and service provider networks, including organizations such as Home Depot, Costco, Lowe’s, and other regional leaders.

We are seeking a motivated Strategic Account Executive to lead the front lines of growth by generating pipeline, expanding existing customer relationships, and driving adoption of WinGen’s newest technologies and premium offerings. This role combines prospecting, consultative selling, and closing.

You will be responsible for developing new opportunities, leading discovery conversations, and winning new business while also identifying opportunities to increase revenue and deepen engagement within existing accounts. Success in this role means delivering both new business growth and expanded market share across the customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Qualify opportunities and lead discovery conversations with service providers, contractors, and OEM‑affiliated businesses.
  • Convert free users to paid offerings by helping providers realize the full value of the WinGen platform.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross‑sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Maintain a strong cadence of calls, emails, and meetings to exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Build trusted relationships that move customers through the sales cycle and into long‑term partnerships.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and current, with clear notes and strong pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and marketing leadership on targeted campaigns and market feedback.
  • Partner with product development, software engineering and executive leadership to close sales opportunities.
  • Travel occasionally to attend industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of sales, business development, or full‑cycle sales experience.
  • B2B SaaS, Enterprise SaaS and Enterprise AI experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, advance opportunities, and close business.
  • Proven ability to sell owners, operators and business founders.
  • Strong phone and email communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience with upselling, cross‑selling, or subscription/service conversion models is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with AI tools, platforms and LLMs such as Claude AI, MS Copilot.
  • Experience working in home services industry and SMBs.
